Every church has a personal referral link. When another church signs up through it and publishes their first form, you earn an extra free active sheet — and they start with an extra one too. Refer three churches and you also unlock 20% off any paid plan for a year.
How it works
Grab your link.
Click your name in the top-right of the dashboard, then Refer a church. Copy your link, share it by email, or download a printable QR code.

Anyone who opens your link and creates an account within 30 days counts as your referral. They start with 2 free active sheets instead of 1, just for being invited.
They publish their first form.
That's when the referral counts — you'll get an email, and your extra active sheet is available immediately. A referral that never publishes anything stays pending and doesn't count yet.
What you can earn
- +1 active sheet per referral, up to 3 extra — so a Free-plan church can run up to 4 active sheets at once.
- 20% off any paid plan for 12 months once 3 referrals have counted. If you already subscribe, the discount is applied to your subscription automatically; otherwise it's applied at checkout whenever you upgrade — no code needed.
The fine print
- Each church can only be referred once, by whoever's link they used first.
- Referrals count when the invited church publishes its first sign-up form — not at registration.
- The sheet bonus caps at 3; the discount applies once, to one subscription, for 12 monthly invoices.
- You can track everything — pending and counted referrals, sheets earned, discount status — on your referrals page.
