Generic sign-up tools don't speak church
Plenty of tools can collect names. None of them knew what a ChMS was. So every sign-up sheet became a spreadsheet, and every spreadsheet became an afternoon of copy-paste — praying you don't create a duplicate “Jhon Smith” in the people database your whole church runs on.
SignUpChurch was built for the volunteer coordinator, the admin, and the pastor who wears both hats: build a sheet in minutes, share one link in the bulletin or the group chat, and watch every name land in Planning Center, MinistryPlatform, or CCB automatically. You just show up on Sunday.

We don't want to be another database you have to check. Every name lands in your church software, matched or created automatically — we speak fluent ChMS so you don't have to retype anything.
