The short version
SignUpChurch uses 8 service providers that may process personal data on a church’s behalf — for hosting, our database, email, texts, bot checks, analytics, the AI sheet builder, and payments. All of them are in the United States. We tell churches at least 30 days before adding a new one, as our Data Processing Agreement promises.

What isn't on this list
Your church management software. When a church connects Planning Center, Breeze, Tithe.ly, CCB, or MinistryPlatform, the church chooses that service and decides what we send it, so it’s the church’s own recipient rather than our subprocessor.
Changes to this list
Before a new subprocessor starts handling church data, we update this page and email account owners at least 30 days in advance. A church that objects can raise it with us, as described in section 6 of the Data Processing Agreement. Questions? Email support@signupchurch.com.
