The Free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card. Basic is $12/mo and Pro is $24/mo. Paid plans are month to month — no annual contract.
What happens if we stop using it?
Cancel anytime, or pause billing for 1–3 months during a slow season. A downgrade to Free takes effect at the end of your billing period, and your data stays either way.
What if the staff member who set it up leaves?
Every plan includes at least one backup admin, and the owner can transfer ownership to another admin — so the church is never locked out of its own account.
