one link to rule them all

Your church page

A newsletter with a link per service, a website with a link per ministry, a lobby slide with three QR codes — and all of them out of date the week a sheet closes. Your church page is one public link that lists every sheet you choose, with how many spots are open on each, and stays right as sheets come and go.

The short answer: Go to Dashboard → Church page, switch it on, and tick the sheets to list. Your page lives at signupchurch.com/c/your-church, uses your form design, and comes with a print-ready QR code. Every plan.

Turn it on

  1. Open Church page in your dashboard.

It's in the top navigation next to Form design.

  2. Tick “Your church page is on,” then Save.

Set the link ending while you're there (lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens) and, if you like, a welcome line that shows under your church name — “Here's where to sign up to serve this fall.”

  3. Tick the sheets to list.

The What's listed card shows every sheet you have. Tick the ones that belong on the page. Each sheet's Share tab has the same checkbox, so you can decide as you build.

  4. Share the link or print the QR code.

Once the page is on, the card shows your live link with a copy button and a QR code you can download as PNG or SVG — one code for the lobby TV that never needs reprinting.

What volunteers see

Your church name (or logo, on Basic and Pro), the welcome line, and one card per listed sheet: its title, date and time or the span of its dated slots, location, and how it's filling — “5 spots open,” “Full,” “12 going.” Each card opens the sheet's normal sign-up page. Sheets are ordered soonest first; sheets with no event date go at the end.

Opt-in on purpose: a benevolence meal train or a staff-only sign-up stays off the page unless you tick it, even when it's published. The page only ever lists what you chose.

Keeping it right

Nothing to maintain. Publish a ticked sheet and it appears; archive one (or let the day-after cleanup archive it) and it disappears. Spot counts update as people sign up. If you'd rather a sheet not show for a season, untick it — the sheet itself stays live at its own link.

Common questions

Which plans include the church page?
All of them, including Free. On Basic and Pro it uses your form design (font, colors, logo) and drops the “Powered by SignUpChurch” line, the same as your sign-up pages.
Which sheets show up?
Only sheets you tick, and only while they're published and not archived. A ticked draft appears the moment you publish it; unpublishing or archiving takes it off the page without changing the tick.
What order are the sheets in?
Soonest event date first. Sheets with no event date — an interest list, a standing rota — sit at the end, newest first.
Can I change the link?
Yes, on Dashboard → Church page. Unlike a sheet's permalink, an old church-page link doesn't redirect, so a QR code printed for the old link stops working — change it before you print, not after.
What happens to the link when the page is off?
It shows nothing (a not-found page), the same as an unpublished sheet. Turn the page back on and the same link works again with whatever is ticked.
