Only people already on your People page — volunteers who have signed up with your church before. There's no way to upload or paste an outside list; these tools work your own roster, never a cold one.

Can someone get the same invitation twice?

No. Each person gets at most one personal invitation and at most one last-call email per sheet — the buttons keep receipts and simply skip anyone already emailed, already signed up, or opted out.

What does the opt-out link do?

Every invitation ends with a one-click 'stop these emails' link. It stops invitations and last calls from YOUR church only (someone serving with two churches keeps each preference separate), and it never affects confirmations, reminders, or waitlist offers for things they sign up for themselves.

The short answer: Two cards on every sheet's editor (Basic & Pro): Invite your regulars sends personal invitations to people from your People roster — most faithful first, 2+ servers pre-checked — and the Last-call blast emails everyone who hasn't signed up, open spots listed by name, once per sheet. Both only reach your own volunteers, and every email carries a one-click opt-out.

Open the sheet's editor and find the card.
Invite your regulars lists everyone on your People page who has an email, isn't signed up on this sheet, and hasn't opted out — sorted by how many times they've served. Volunteers with two or more sign-ups start checked.
Adjust the picks and hit send.
Each selected person gets a personal invitation — their name, your church's name, the sheet, and a button to it. Send before you share the public link and your core team gets first pick.
Sent invitations are remembered.
People you've invited show an Invited ✓ badge and can't be double-sent — for this sheet, ever.

The last-call blast

When the event is close and spots are still open, the Last-call blast card shows exactly how many people it would email. Confirm, and everyone on your People page who hasn't signed up gets one email listing the open spots by name with a button to the sheet. It sends once per sheet — recurring sheets get a fresh last call per occurrence.
