Small things, round two: reminder timing, a full-sheet email, meeting links, open spots first, and find my sign-ups

Reminder emails went out two days before, always. A meal train wants a week so people can shop; a Saturday workday called on Thursday wants the day before. The Reminder timing card on a sheet's Settings tab now offers the day before, two days, or a week. Basic & Pro send the email; the setting is there on every plan.

The moment a volunteer takes the last spot on a sheet where every spot has a limit, the admins get one email saying so — the cue to stop sharing the link. It follows the same sign-up email setting as everything else on the sheet, and never repeats.

A location that's a Zoom or Meet URL used to be sent to Google Maps, which is an insult to both. It now shows as Join link on the page and opens itself, in the confirmation and reminder emails too.

On a long sheet that's mostly full, the open spots are what matter. Under Form fields, set Full spots to After the open ones and each section leads with what still needs people. The default stays schedule order, because for most sheets the order is the point.

The most common support question from volunteers: “I lost the email.” signupchurch.com/find-my-signups takes the address and emails every upcoming sign-up for it, each with its own change-or-cancel link. The invalid-link page points there too.
