The Church Community Builder sync is live
If your church runs on Church Community Builder, your sign-ups now land there on their own. Connect once, and every volunteer who signs up on a SignUpChurch sheet shows up in your CCB people list — no Monday-morning copy-paste.
What the sync does
When someone signs up, we look for them in CCB by email. If they're already in your database, we leave their record alone. If they're new, we create a clean person record with the name, email, and phone they gave on the sheet — and that's it.
Nothing else is touched. No groups changed, no processes started, no fields overwritten, nothing ever deleted. The full contract — exactly what sync writes for every provider — is spelled out in what sync updates (and what it doesn't).
Getting connected
CCB joins Planning Center and MinistryPlatform as our third live integration. It's part of the Pro plan, and setup takes a few minutes from Dashboard → Settings — the connect-your-ChMS guide has the walkthrough, and the CCB integration page has the full details.
