Your week at a glance: open-spot nudges, a Monday summary, and weekly repeats on Basic
Church life runs on a weekly rhythm — so this batch of updates is all about the week: knowing how your sheets are filling without checking the dashboard, catching open spots while there's still time to fill them, and making the weekly sign-up itself faster for your regulars.
The spots-still-open heads-up
A few days before a sheet's event day, if capacity-limited spots are still unclaimed, every admin gets one email listing exactly which ones — with your public link ready to drop back into the bulletin or the group chat. It's sent at most once per sheet, only while spots are actually open, and never for forms that are already full. On every plan.
The Monday summary
One email at the start of the week: how many sign-ups came in last week, from how many people, and how full each of your live forms is. If nothing's live and nothing happened, we simply don't send it. Both emails have switches on Dashboard → Notifications — the emails & notifications guide covers every email we send.
People and fill-rate stats
The new People page in the dashboard nav lists everyone who has ever signed up across your sheets — how many times, and when they last served — with a click through to everything they've signed up for. And the dashboard now opens with the numbers that matter: sign-ups this week, volunteers this month, and the share of spots filled across your live sheets.
One less thing for your regulars to type
The public sign-up form now remembers a volunteer's name, email, and phone on their own device and prefills them next time. For the folks who serve every single week, signing up becomes: open the link, tap their slot, confirm. (It's stored only in their browser — never shared between people or devices.)
Weekly recurring forms now start at Basic
Recurring forms — the next occurrence created automatically on each event day, same slots, fresh list — used to be Pro-only. But weekly is the rhythm most church serving runs on, so weekly repeats are now included on Basic ($12/mo). Daily, monthly, and quarterly repeats remain part of Pro.
