one link, every sheet
Your church page: one link for every sign-up
A communications director rebuilding her church's newsletter asked for something simple: a landing page on the website with “traditional worship 8:15, modern worship 9:30, 11:00” and one button under each, so the Friday email can carry one link instead of a paragraph of them. Then the same link on the TV screens in the lobby, as one QR code. We built the page so she doesn't have to.
One link, chosen by you
The new Church page tab in your dashboard has the switch, the link ending, an optional welcome line, and a list of your sheets with a checkbox beside each. Tick the ones that belong on the page. Each sheet's Share tab has the same checkbox, so you can decide as you build.
Opt-in on purpose. A benevolence meal train, a staff retreat, a sign-up you only sent to the choir — none of them appear just because they're published. The page lists exactly what you chose, and only while those sheets are live: publish a ticked sheet and it shows up, archive it and it's gone.
What volunteers see
Your church name or logo, the welcome line, and a card per sheet: title, when (the event date, or the span of a meal train's dated slots), where, and how it's filling — “5 spots open,” “Full,” “12 going.” Tap a card and you're on the sheet's normal sign-up page. No account, no app, same as always.
The page is painted only by your form design, the way your sign-up pages are: on Basic and Pro that's your font, colors, and logo, and no “Powered by” line.
The QR code you print once
A QR code on a lobby screen for a single sheet is wrong the week that sheet closes. The church page's code points at the page, so it stays good all quarter — download it as PNG or SVG from the Church page tab. The one honest caveat: the link ending is yours to change, but unlike a sheet's permalink it doesn't redirect afterward, so settle on it before you print.
