Milestone badges and appreciation certificates for your volunteers

Somewhere in your church is a person who has quietly served forty Sundays in a row, and nobody has ever said it out loud. Your People page now keeps the count — and turns it into a certificate you can hand them.

The short version: Dashboard → People now shows a milestone badge at 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, and 250 sign-ups, and every volunteer gets a Certificate link: a print-ready appreciation certificate in your church's colors, with a downloadable image for your church's social page. Every plan, including Free.

Count the faithfulness, not just the slots

Every sign-up on every sheet already flows into your People roster — one row per person, grouped across sheets. Now that roster celebrates: cross a serving milestone and a badge appears next to your name. The thresholds start low on purpose. A five-time volunteer deciding whether serving is “their thing” is exactly the person a little recognition keeps.

A certificate worth handing out

Click Certificate next to any name and it's ready: their name in big letters, how many times they've served with your church, the milestone if they've hit one, and signature and date lines. Print it on cardstock for a Sunday-morning moment, or download the high-resolution image when you want to celebrate someone on the church's page. Pro churches with a custom form design get certificates in their own colors automatically.

One thing it deliberately doesn't do: email the volunteer. Recognition should come from the church, not from software — and our privacy policy promises your volunteers never receive marketing from us — only the emails about their own sign-ups.
