The Free plan now includes three active sheets
Church life doesn't happen one thing at a time. There's the Sunday serving schedule, and there's also the meal train for the family with the new baby, and the fall festival coming up. On the Free plan, that used to mean choosing which one got a sheet.
Why three
One sheet was enough to try SignUpChurch, but not enough to actually run a church week on it. Most weeks have a standing schedule plus one or two things happening around it. Three sheets covers that, so you can see whether SignUpChurch fills your slots before you ever think about paying.
When you need more than three at once, Basic and Pro are unlimited, and Basic adds the email reminders that keep volunteers from forgetting.
Referral sheets still stack
Earned bonus sheets from referring other churches count on top of the new three, so a free church can run up to six active sheets through referrals.
Common questions
- How many sign-up sheets can I run on the Free plan?
- 3 active (published) sheets at once, each with unlimited sign-ups, email confirmations, and a public sign-up page with no ads. Drafts and archived sheets don't count toward the limit.
- Do I need to do anything to get the extra sheets?
- No. Every church on the Free plan has the new limit already — just publish your next sheet.
- Do referral bonus sheets still count?
- Yes. Each church you refer that gets its first sign-up adds one more active sheet, up to 3 extra, and arriving through a referral link adds one more. They stack on top of the Free plan's three.
- What do Basic and Pro add?
- Unlimited active sheets, plus email reminders, CSV exports, and more on Basic ($12/mo). Pro ($24/mo) adds church management system sync and multiple admins.
