Pause your subscription for the slow season

Church life has seasons. The summer slump, the January reset, the semester the ministry regroups — and in a tool priced for ministry, the billing should know that too. Starting today, you can pause your subscription instead of canceling it.

The short version: When you go to downgrade on Dashboard → Billing, you'll now see the option to pause for 1, 2, or 3 months: keep every feature and all your sheets exactly as they are, pay nothing while things are quiet, and billing restarts automatically. Resume early anytime with one click.

Why pause beats cancel

Canceling means tearing down a working system — and rebuilding it in the fall: re-subscribing, re-entering a card, re-publishing sheets. A pause keeps everything warm. Your forms, your people, your ChMS connection, even a referral discount you've earned — all of it is waiting exactly where you left it, and you don't pay a cent until the season picks back up.

There's no catch and no partial plan while paused: you keep every feature of the plan you're on. We'd rather you take a real break than start over somewhere else.

How it works

On the billing page, click Downgrade to Free and pick a pause length instead — one, two, or three months. Billing resumes on its own when the pause ends, and a Resume billing now button is there the whole time if the season comes back early. Already set your subscription to cancel? Choosing a pause clears the cancellation too.
