Your first sheet filled up. Here's a head start on the next one
Your first sheet filled up. The potluck had every dish covered, or the greeters had every Sunday through Christmas. Then comes the next ask, and the blank page that goes with it. Now your dashboard meets you there with a template already picked.
One card, at the right moment
The card reads like this: “That one filled up. Meal train next?” Under it is a line about what the template sets up, and a Start a meal train → button. The button opens the New sheet screen with the template chosen. You get a draft, change the words to fit your church, and publish when it's ready.
The suggestion comes from your first sheet's title. A potluck or supper leads to a meal train. A meal train leads to a potluck. A greeter or nursery schedule leads to a ministry interest form, so you can find the next few helpers. VBS or a youth trip leads to a kids' event permission form.
November and December come first
From November 1 to 20 the card suggests a Thanksgiving potluck. From November 21 to Christmas Eve it suggests an angel tree. If your first sheet was already that sign-up, it suggests something else.
Common questions
- When does the suggestion show up?
- When your church has one sheet and it fills up (every spot with a limit is taken) or gets 5 sign-ups or responses. It shows on your dashboard, above your sheets.
- How does it pick what to suggest?
- From your first sheet's title, and the time of year. A potluck leads to a meal train, a serve-team schedule to a ministry interest form, VBS to a kids' event permission form. From November 1 to 20 it suggests a Thanksgiving potluck, and from November 21 to Christmas Eve an angel tree.
- Will it keep coming back?
- No. It shows once per church. Click the button or close it with ×, and it's gone for everyone on your team, on every device.
- Does a second sheet cost anything?
