your people, first
Invite your regulars, and sound the last call
Every church has them: the five people who say yes every single time. Until today, inviting them meant another group text. Now the sheet does it — personally, politely, and never twice.
First pick for the faithful
The Invite your regulars card lists your People roster with everyone's serving count, most faithful first — your 2+ time volunteers come pre-checked. One click sends each of them their own invitation: not a broadcast, a personal email with their name on it and a link to the sheet. Send it before the public link goes out and your core team gets first pick of the spots — a small dignity that keeps regulars feeling like regulars.
Nobody can be invited twice to the same sheet — the button remembers — and anyone already signed up simply isn't on the list.
The last call, once and honestly
When the event is around the corner and spots are still open, the Last-call blast card shows exactly how many people it would reach. One confirmation later, everyone on your People page who hasn't signed up gets one email naming the open spots — “Setup crew, 3 spots open” — with a button straight to the sheet.
It sends once per sheet, on purpose. A last call that happens weekly is just noise; one that happens once still means something.
Your list, their choice
Both tools email only people who have signed up with your church before — there's no way to upload a cold list, and there never will be. Every invitation ends with why the person is receiving it and a one-click stop these emails link scoped to your church. Opting out never touches the emails that matter: confirmations, reminders, and waitlist offers for things they sign up for themselves keep working. Details in the help article.
