who's coming, at a glance
Every sign-up in one list, and a tidier sheet page
A sheet's page used to be one long scroll: the slots, then fourteen settings cards, then the design editor. Finding the waitlist switch or the QR code meant hunting, and seeing who had signed up meant reading slot by slot. So we reorganized it, and gave the people who signed up their own tab.
Everyone who signed up, in one list
The Sign-ups tab groups people by slot, in the same order as your form, and shows how full each slot is. Every row has the person's email, phone, note, and answers to your custom questions, so the t-shirt sizes and allergies are right there.
- Search names, emails, phone numbers, notes, answers, and slot names. Type “XL” and you have the shirt order.
- Sort by slot, by name, or newest first.
- Move or remove someone from the same row.
- The waitlist for every slot sits at the bottom, next in line first.
Once a sheet has its first sign-up, it opens on this tab. The walkthrough is in the help center: See everyone who signed up.
A tidier sheet page
Everything else now lives on a tab. Questions holds what the form asks. Share holds the link, the QR code, the embed code, your invitations, and the link preview. Settings holds the waitlist, the sign-up deadline, sign-up emails, repeating, and ChMS links. The bar under the title shows whether the sheet is live, how many have signed up, and how many spots are open, with Publish right next to it.
Common questions
- Which plans get the Sign-ups tab?
- All of them, including Free. Downloading the list as a CSV file is still a Basic and Pro feature.
- Did anything move that I'll need to find?
- Every setting is still there, grouped into tabs. Form fields, custom questions, and confirmed-only details are under Questions. The link, QR code, embed code, invitations, and link preview are under Share. Waitlist, deadline, sign-up emails, recurring, and ChMS links are under Settings. Publish sits in the bar under the sheet's title.
- Can I still see people inside each slot?
- Yes. The Slots tab shows each slot with its people, the same as before. The Sign-ups tab is the same people in one searchable list.
