Custom colors, fonts, and your logo — now on Basic

When SignUpChurch first came up on a church communications mailing list, the request was simple: something that works like SignUpGenius, “but prettier.” Communicators care how the things they send out look, and a sign-up form is often the first thing a new family clicks on.

The short version: Starting today, custom form design is included on Basic: your fonts, colors, spacing, and logo on every sign-up form and embed, plus your own link-preview image. It used to be Pro-only. Nothing to set up, and it's live now.

What you can change

From Form design in your dashboard, pick a font and colors, choose how roomy the page feels (Compact, Comfortable, or Spacious), and upload your logo. If your logo already includes your church name, one checkbox hides the repeated name text. Every public form and embed follows along.

Want the VBS sheet to look different from the Sunday schedule? Any form can get its own design from the Design panel on its sheet page. You can also upload your own preview image, the picture that shows up when the link is shared in a group text or on Facebook.

If a color combination would be too hard to read, the editor asks for a stronger pairing before you save. Pretty is good. Readable is required.

Why Basic

How your forms look shouldn't depend on whether your church uses Planning Center. Pro is still where ChMS sync and the AI sheet builder live, but a church that just wants good-looking sign-ups shouldn't have to pay for software sync it won't use.
