so we build the right sync next

One question: which church software do you use?

We build syncs in the order churches need them, and until now we mostly guessed at that order from support emails. So we added one optional question.

The short version: Which church software do you use? is now asked at registration, once as a pop-up on your dashboard (and once more two weeks later if you say not now), and editable any time at the top of Dashboard → Integrations. Answering puts your system first on that page and, for Realm churches, turns on Export for Realm. Every plan.

What it does for you

Your system's card moves to the top of Integrations, so a Planning Center church isn't scrolling past CCB. Realm churches get the Export for Realm button on every sheet and the People page, because Realm has no API and the import file is the hand-off. Everyone else never sees a Realm button at all.

What it does for us

It tells us, church by church, which sync people are waiting on: how many Breeze churches want the sync that's built and waiting on Tithe.ly, how many Realm churches would use a real sync if ACS Technologies opened one. When one of those lands, we know exactly whom to tell.

Already answered the founding survey? We carried that answer over, so you won't be asked again. The Realm walkthrough is at Import sign-ups into Realm.

Common questions

Is answering the same as connecting?
No. The answer is a fact about your church, not a connection. Syncing still happens from the provider's card on Integrations, on Pro. You can answer on any plan.
What changes once I answer?
Your system's card moves to the top of Integrations. If you picked Realm, Export for Realm appears on every sheet and on the People page (Basic & Pro). Nothing changes for your volunteers.
Can I change it later?
Yes, at the top of Dashboard → Integrations, any time, by any admin.
How often will the pop-up ask?
Twice at most. If you click Not now, it comes back once, two weeks later, and then never again. Answering anywhere ends it for good, and the question always stays available on Integrations.
