Small Blessings Choir Interest Form

We are so excited to begin reviving our Small Blessings Choir for children and youth in grades K–8! Let us know your child is interested and we'll be in touch as rehearsals take shape.

Which rehearsal times would work best for your family? (optional)Check all that could work — this helps us pick a time.
